This recipe is really easy to half or double depending on your guest count.
Ingredients

Bloody Mary Rub
-
2 tbsp One-Legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce (optional)
-
12 Jalapeños
-
24 slices of bacon
-
1 cup softened cream cheese
-
2 tbsp Bloody Mary Rub
-
1/4 cup Bloody Mary drink mix
-
1 lime zest and juice
Directions
Cut the tops off all the jalapeños, slice them in half, and remove the seeds and ribs.
In a bowl add softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp bloody mary rub, bloody mary mix, zest of a lime, juice of a lime, and buffalo sauce (for more heat - optional) mix well
with a spoon fill each jalapeño slice with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each jalapeño with bacon and season with Bloody Mary Rub. Place on the grill/oven at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Or until your preferred doneness of bacon.

Fyi…this is our side dish next week’s BBQ gf said. Plus our jalapeños from garden are just a bout the right size n we get smoked bacon from our butcher so man they gonna be 👍
