24 slices of bacon
1 cup softened cream cheese
2 tbsp Bloody Mary Rub
1/4 cup Bloody Mary drink mix
1 lime zest and juice
Cut the tops off all the jalapeños, slice them in half, and remove the seeds and ribs.
In a bowl add softened cream cheese, 2 tbsp bloody mary rub, bloody mary mix, zest of a lime, juice of a lime, and buffalo sauce (for more heat - optional) mix well
with a spoon fill each jalapeño slice with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each jalapeño with bacon and season with Bloody Mary Rub. Place on the grill/oven at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Or until your preferred doneness of bacon.
