Ingredients

Lane’s Apple Pie Rub

Duck Fat Spray or cooking spray

2 refrigerated 16oz biscuits in a can

1 cup of butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup brown sugar

1 can of Apple Pie filling
-
Confectioner sugar
-
Whole milk
Icing Ingredients
Directions
Setup Smoker or Oven to 350
Spray a bundt pan with Cooking spray. Remove all the biscuits and cut them into quarters. Dip them in melted butter and roll in Lane’s Apple Pie Rub. Place them all in the bundt pan.
Mix together ¾ cup of melted butter, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp Apple Pie Rub - Pour evenly over the top.
Place in the smoker/oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the internal temp reaches 190
Make the icing - Mix 1 cup confectioners sugar, 2-3 tablespoons whole milk, and 1 tablespoon Apple Pie Rub
Flip over and remove from bundt pan and let cool. Pour the can of apple pie filling into the middle. Pour icing over the monkey bread. Enjoy

Hey Robert, sorry about that. We cut the individual biscuits into 4 pieces.
