Tropical Citrus Chicken Thighs are juicy grilled chicken thighs marinated in fresh citrus flavors and bold seasonings for an easy, flavor-packed meal that's perfect for weeknight dinners or backyard BBQs.
Ingredients

Tropical Citrus Rub
-
1 Pack of Chicken Thighs (6)
-
2 Oranges
-
2 Limes
-
Β½ cup olive oil
-
1 cup orange Juice
-
1 tsp garlic
Directions
In a bag or bowl add chicken, Β½ cup olive oil, 1 cup orange juice, 1 tsp garlic, and 1 tbsp Tropical Citrus rub. Mix, massage, and place in fridge for 1-4 hours.
Heat grill to 350-400 degrees.
Remove from marinade and fully season each chicken thigh with Tropical Citrus rub. Place on grill.
Cook roughly 5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches between 165-175 (we like our thighs around 170). Remove from heat and rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice oranges, limes, and drizzle chicken with half a lime. Enjoy.
Recipe Note
This recipe would be great mixed with pasta or rice and vegetables.
