Hey Larry, you would need to set the oven temp to 375. It should take about 20-25 minutes, but the internal temp should still reach 135 before being done.

If I had to put them in the oven, what temperature would I set it to? and, set it to bake, yes?

I pounded the pork chop and made it a tad too long so my finished product looked like a football. And, I forgot the pickle. Other than that, not bad.
