Pimento Cheese Stuffed Sweet Smoked Meatballs

Grill

Prep your grill to have an indirect heat side. Heat to 275-300

Prep

In a bowl add ground beef, diced jalapeños, egg, panko breadcrumbs, and 2 tbsp Lane’s Chili Lime Rub. Make your meatballs and make a slight bowl shape to hold the pimento cheese, then close the ball around the cheese. Season with Lane's Chili Lime.

Cook 

Place meatballs on the grill for 30-45min checking temperature. 150 is your target temp to pull the meatballs and brush with Kinda Sweet. Place back on the grill until they reach 155 degrees. 

Pull and Enjoy!
