Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
2 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley
2 tbsp Fresh Minced Garlic
4 tbsp diced Shallots
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
Cooper Provisions Smokehouse Smoked Salt
In a skillet melt 2 - 4 tbsp butter, Saute Garlic and diced shallots - Do Not Burn
Add Heavy Cream and stir
Season with Cooper's Provisions Smokehouse Smoked Salt
Add parsley and fold in crab meat. Do not break up crab meat.
Add to your steak
Lump Crab meat goes well on toast and vegetables as well.
