Prep/Cook
In a large cast-iron skillet add your frozen tater tots and place them on the smoker. Follow the tater tots instructions. Season with Lane's SPF-53 rub.Β
Once cooked, add in an even layer over the top, Bacon, Shredded Chicken, Cheddar Cheese, and season with SPF-53 Rub. Cook the tots for another 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Pull when done and drizzle sauce over the top. One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce and Sorta White Sauce are a killer combo!!
Optionally top with Chives and tomatoes.
