Smoked Turkey Legs

- On the stove, bring brine and one gallon of water to a boil. Let brine cool to room temperature, then add turkey legs and place in the refrigerator until the mixture is cool (this will take around 4-5 hours)
- Heat smoker to 275
- Once the brine has cooled, remove turkey legs and pat dry. Add your turkey seasoning to fully coat the legs.
- Add the turkey legs to the smoker and let them smoke until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees
