Lane's BBQ Smoked Turkey Legs


8 Turkey Legs 

Lane's BBQ Signature Brine OR Sweet Tea Brine 

Turkey Seasoning (get all our great turkey rubs here)



  1. On the stove, bring brine and one gallon of water to a boil. Let brine cool to room temperature, then add turkey legs and place in the refrigerator until the mixture is cool (this will take around 4-5 hours)
  2. Heat smoker to 275
  3. Once the brine has cooled, remove turkey legs and pat dry. Add your turkey seasoning to fully coat the legs.
  4. Add the turkey legs to the smoker and let them smoke until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit
