- 2 cups pineapple (cut into chunks)
- 1 lb. shrimp

Directions
- Assemble skewers by alternating shrimp and pineapple.
- Generously season skewers with Lane's Kapalua Rub
- On the grill or in a grill pan - grill skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side - make sure the shrimp is cooked through
Recipe Note
- You could always add bell peppers and onions
- Teriyaki sauce would be excellent on the side for dipping
