The pineapple salsa mixed with the Island Dust Hawaiian flavoring of the pork will have your mouth watering before you even take a bite.
Ingredients
- Pork Tenderloin
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- 2 teaspoons of minced red onion
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons of minced jalapeño
- 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 fresh squeezed lime
- Olive Oil

Directions
- Heat the grill to 300°–350°
Coat Pork Tenderloin with Island Dust Rub
- Cook tenderloin on indirect heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 145° (about 20–30 min)
- Pineapple Salsa - Mix in a bowl diced pineapple, minced red onion, minced garlic, minced jalapeño, cilantro, Swirl of olive oil, and a sprinkle of Lane's Kapalua Rub
