Kapalua Pork Tenderloin and Pineapple Salsa


Kapalua Pork Tenderloin:

  • Coat Pork Tenderloin with Kapalua, and heat the grill to 300°–350°
  • Cook tenderloin on indirect heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 145° (about 20–30 min)

Pineapple Salsa:

Mix in a bowl 

  • 1 cup of diced pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons of minced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of minced jalapeño
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 fresh squeezed lime Swirl of olive oil Sprinkle of Kapalua
