Kapalua Pork Tenderloin and Pineapple Salsa

Kapalua Pork Hawaiian Flavor Tenderloin on a Plate


  • Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 cup of diced pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons of minced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of minced jalapeño
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 fresh squeezed lime
  • Olive oil
  • Lane's Kapalua Rub

Kapalua Pork Tenderloin Instructions:

  • Coat Pork Tenderloin with Kapalua Rub, and heat the grill to 300°–350°
  • Cook tenderloin on indirect heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 145° (about 20–30 min)

Pineapple Salsa Instructions:

Mix in a bowl diced pineapple, minced red onion, minced garlic, minced jalapeño, cilantro, Swirl of olive oil, and a sprinkle of Lane's Kapalua Rub
