Jack’s Blueberry Breakfast Fatty

Prep

Preheat Grill (indirect) to 250 degrees or oven to 300 degrees. 

Flatten out the sausage into a rectangle shape. Crumble the blueberry muffins and form into a log shape in the center of the sausage. Sprinkle 1tsp Lane's Blueberry Muffin Seasoning over muffins and drizzle maple syrup. Roll sausage around muffin and form into the fatty. Fully enclose the muffins in the sausage. Coat the top of the Fatty with Lane’s Desserts Blueberry Muffin Seasoning. 

Cook

Throw on the grill and cook over indirect heat until the internal temp of the sausage is 160 degrees. (300 degrees in the oven for about 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160)
