Chili Lime Rub

Habanero Powder

baby back or spare ribs

butter, unsalted

honey
-
lime juice
Directions
Preheat grill or smoker to 275°F
Remove membrane from back of ribs and season generously with Chili Lime rub.
Smoke ribs meat side up for two hours.
Prepare a double layer foil wrap, place butter, honey, lime, and habanero powder to taste on the center of the foil the length of the rack of ribs.
Place ribs meat side down on the honey lime mixture and wrap tightly. Smoke for one more hour meat side down.
Let ribs rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving.
Recipe Note
- Use hot honey for even more heat!
