A twist on the classic Apple Pie, these chewy little bars are packed with all the deliciousness of an old-fashioned apple pie, but in a fraction of the time! Not only are they seriously tasty, but also super easy to make and sure to satisfy everyone at your next get-together.
Ingredients
-
5 tsp Lane's Homemade Apple Pie Seasoning
-
½ cup butter, Melted
-
1 cup light brown sugar
-
1 egg, beaten
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup All Purpose Flour
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp baking powder
-
½ tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven/grill to 350 degrees.
Add Melted butter and brown sugar to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Stir in Beaten Egg, Vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until all ingredients are combined.
Place a sheet of parchment paper in an 8x8 glass dish (could also just grease the dish with butter).
Spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the Apple Pie Seasoning evenly over the batter.
Bake for 24-28 minutes. Cool, cut, serve, Enjoy!!
Recipe Note
While it's hot put some vanilla ice cream on it, you'll thank me later.

I am thinking that a pulled pork slider would be the way to go. Brush (soak) both sides of the bun with butter and cinnamon, sprinkle that apple pie goodness across both buns, sprinkle a bit more and then toast slightly on broil in the oven. Pile that pork, pickles and slaw on top and you’re pretty close to the golden gates :)

This was so easy to make! My kiddos loved them with some vanilla ice cream. This is definitely a must make for a family night treat!
