Season both sides of chicken breast with Lane's Cubano Rub and cook for about 45 minutes (be sure internal temp is at 165) When chicken is done remove and let cool at room temp.
Put water in a pot to cook eggs. Boil 4 eggs for 11 minutes then remove and cool.
Prep
Chop chicken and place in a large bowl (Chop or shred chicken it's really your preference) Remove shell and dice eggs. Add to the bowl of chicken, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and 1 - 2 tbsp Cubano Rub (add Cubano to taste) Mix and store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Assemble
Using your slider bun, add the chicken salad. Garnish with tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce, and extra mayo if desired. Serve and Enjoy!!

However, our version takes our Cubano seasoning and turns this into one of the most delightful chicken salads you will ever eat. This recipe will even get the kiddos talking. We all know if you can get the kids on board you're doing something right!

Bring water in a pot to a boil and boil 4 eggs for 11 minutes - remove and cool
When chicken is done remove and let cool at room temp
Chop chicken and place in a large bowl (Chop or shred chicken - your preference)
Remove shell and dice eggs and place in bowl
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, and 1 - 2 tbsp Cubano Rub (add Cubano to taste)
Mix and place in refrigerator for 4 hours (You can add diced onion and dill relish if you like or you can add onion and pickles when you are making your slider)
Create your sliders using slider buns or Hawaiian rolls (Add tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce, and extra mayo if desired)
