Brown your ground beef over medium heat - season beef with Lane's Sweet Heat Rub. In a separate deep pot fill about two inches deep with vegetable oil and heat up to 350 degrees.
Remove ground beef from heat, drain any grease, add 1/3 cup Lane's Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce, and 1/2 cup Colby Jack cheese then mix.
Assemble
Beat 1 egg in a bowl to use for sealing the egg roll wraps. Brush the edges of the wrap with the beaten egg. Fill up egg roll wrappers with about 3 tablespoons of filling mixture in a rectangle shape in the middle. (the egg roll wrap should have visual instructions on how to wrap)
Cook
Drop away from your body 3 to 4 egg rolls at a time into the oil. Cook about 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Check around 2 minutes to see how it is browning. When the egg rolls are done frying remove and place on a plate with a few paper towels underneath to catch the grease.

These are great dipped in our Sorta White Sauce - Enjoy
Recipe Note
An alternate version - Replace Sweet Heat rub with Cubano Rub and replace Kinda Sweet with our Carolina Mustard sauce and add diced pickles to the mixture.
