Directions
Make sure your shrimp is peeled, deveined, and has no tails. Marinate your shrimp overnight in Bachan's Japanese BBQ Sauce and 1 tbsp Lane's Honey Sriracha.
(next day) In a bowl mix up 1/2 cup of Lane's Sorta White, 1/3 cup Sweet Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp Bachan's, and 1 tbsp Lane's Honey Sriracha rub - set to the side. For added heat add Sriracha Hot Sauce 1 - 2 tbsp
Heat up 1 1/2 inch of cooking oil in a deep pan or pot to about 375 degrees. Using a shallow dish coat each side of the shrimp with cornstarch. Add Shrimp in batches to the oil and fry 2 minutes per side until the light brown and crispy. Remove using a strainer and place in a bowl with paper towels in the bottom to catch any extra oil.
Once all shrimp are fried add them to a bowl and pour over 2/3 of the bang bang mixture and mix/toss.
Now you're ready to assemble the tacos how you like. We used tomatoes, cilantro, bang bang shrimp, and a drizzle of the leftover bang bang sauce.
Recipe Note
- Rub substitutions - Spellbound Hot is a great substitute for Honey Sriracha

I made the bang bang shrimp tacos for the Super Bowl. This was the first time making them and it was a huge hit with everyone! I substitute with the spellbound hot. So good!

Took the bang bang shrimp and made egg rolls with them. Used sorta white, chili sauce, spellbound hot and Bachans for the dipping sauce. Sooo good
