These bacon-wrapped chicken bites are the perfect snack for gameday or just to have around the house! Seasoned with Lane's Maple Pecan Rub, each bite-sized piece is wrapped in crispy bacon, offering a sweet and smoky flavor that's sure to be a hit with your family and friends.

Ingredients

Lane’s Maple Pecan Rub
1 Chicken Breast
Pack of bacon (Half)
Toothpicks

Directions

Set Smoker/Grill/Oven to 300 degrees
Slice chicken into 1 inch cube-like pieces and season all sides with Lane’s Maple Pecan Rub.
Cut bacon in half and wrap each chicken piece. Puncture bacon with toothpick all the way through to the other side. lightly season the outside of the bacon with Maple Pecan Rub
Place on smoker/grill and cook until the chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 - around 30 minutes

Recipe Note

You could use chicken thighs and bring the internal temperature to 175 which would crisp up the bacon more.
