SPF53 Pimento Cheese

SPF53 Pimento Cheese


  • 8oz block of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8oz block mild cheddar cheese
  • 4 - 5 tablespoons of crumbled blue cheese
  • 5 ounces of cream cheese
  • 2 ounces of pimentos
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons Lane's BBQ Spicy SPF53 Rub - season to taste


  1. Shred mild and sharp cheddar cheese then place in bowl
  2. Add blue cheese, Cream cheese, pimentos, mayo, and Lane's Spicy SPF53 Rub
  3. Mix all ingredients together

We like to add pimento to our morning biscuits, hot dogs, quesadillas, and obviously just eat it as dip.
