Dry Brined Double Mojo Wings

This drying method for wings will create killer crispy wings. Using our versatile Mojo brine as a dry brine and as a seasoning will change how you eat wings. They absolutely do not need any sauce, but feel free to use your favorite sauce you want. Sorta white sauce would be great.
Lane's Mojo Brine
1 Pack of Wings about 16 (or wings and legs)
(Optional) Lane's Sorta White BBQ Sauce
In a large bowl season wings with Lane's Mojo Brine - press the brine into the wings. Make sure to fully cover.
Place wings on a cooling rack and put in the fridge for 12 hours (if you don't have a cooling rack place in a large tray)
Remove from fridge brush the brine off with paper towel (doesn't have to be perfect) DO NOT RINSE!
Heat smoker/grill to 325
Season wings with Lane's Mojo Brine and place on smoker/grill
Cook at 325 for about 45 minutes until internal temp is 200 degrees
